Refunds and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

Please double check your order before placing it to ensure correct, shipping address, size, color, quantities, etc. 

Damages, incorrect items and/or other issues

We inspect all items we send out, however, sometimes it is possible to receive a damaged item. If you think you have a damaged or defective item, please contact us at within 3 business days of receiving your order.

We are human, errors are possible, and mistakes do happen. If we send you incorrect items, please contact us at so we can correct your order as quickly as possible. If an item is no longer available, we will issue you store credit or a refund.

Shipping Policy

All non-custom orders are processed within 7 business days. Custom orders are processed within 7-14 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that JGMC is not responsible for the decals or banners retaining their original color. There is no warranty on how long the color will last before fading. We cannot control elements such as the sun, weather, or other factors that might affect the vinyl’s color. Therefore, no warranty will be provided on any items with vinyl.


Jeep Girl Mafia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during/due to shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods until filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to inform that you didn't receive your order. Once you've informed us there's a problem, please allow 3 business days to provide a delivery update or offer a replacement.

If your package is lost, missing or you suspect it has been stolen you must contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date of your order to file a lost/stolen package claim.

Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates family members or anyone else who may have been present at the time the package was delivered.

Please check all potential delivery locations at your address. Carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street, such as under a mat or near a back entrance.

We ensure every order ships safely and in a timely manner from our vendors.

JGMC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
