A shipping label is created the date we fulfill your order and has a shipping date of 7 business days out.ย  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Typically your order will arrive within 5-7 business days. In certain cases it may take up to 10-15 business days due to circumstances such as extreme weather delays, holiday seasons, and promotions.

Free Shipping Service: 7-10 business days
Standard Shipping Service: 5-7 business days
Priority Shipping Service: 3-5 business days

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays out of JGMC control.

My order says delivered, but I didn't receive it:

If your package is lost, missing, or you suspect it has been stolen, you must contact us within 3ย days of the marked delivery date of your order to file a lost/stolen package claim.

Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates family members or anyone else who may have been present at the time the package was delivered. Please check all potential delivery locations at your address. Carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street, such as under a mat or near a back entrance.
